Wulftec Powermaster Strapping System
The Maillis PowerMaster is specifically tailored to the corrugated and printing industries. It features an all-electric design that performs faster and more consistently, with fewer maintenance issues than competing products. The PowerMaster is easily integrated into existing production lines to create a seamless packaging system, including a wide variety of conveyors, turning devices, centering devices, printers, scanners, scales, etc.

Up to 13,000 lbs of electric compression
The PowerMaster features electrically powered compression platens for greater consistency and reliability, allowing for up to 13,000 pounds of compression using an oversized dual rack and pinion equalizer system. A reference point is identified once the desired compression is reached so that subsequent compression strokes reach the exact same position, resulting in even stress on all straps and a level load.
The GS-41 strapping head
The PowerMaster is equipped with the GS-41 strapping head.
Load handling options
The PowerMaster offers turntables, rotating cross and centering devices for all handling needs, accommodating pallets and palletless loads.
Up to four strapping heads
The PowerMaster can either be fitted with up to four stationary strapping heads, or with one or two moving strapping heads feeding as many as four strap tracks. This arrangement allows application of strap in up to four positions without releasing compression.
